2359 East High is a little Davenport cottage that got a full refresh inside and out. We put in a brand-new kitchen — new cabinets, butcher-block counters, and a white subway-tile backsplash — updated the bathroom, and laid new flooring. New light fixtures went in and the whole house got fresh paint.
Outside, we poured fresh concrete — a new driveway, sidewalk, and front steps — and cleaned up the exterior. Small house, big difference.
