TYPE apartment building · THE WORK walkway soffit replacement, balcony edges scraped and painted
The covered walkways on a brick apartment building had old corrugated metal soffit that had rusted through, peeled, and in one stretch started to sag. We tore it out, reframed where needed, and put up new white soffit along the full run of the walkways. The rusted steel balcony edges above were scraped and repainted to match.
