BOUGHT Jun 2021 · STATUS still ours · THE WORK kitchen, both baths, rewired and replumbed, paint
Next door to 1111, bought in June 2021 and kept as a rental. Same playbook: kitchen rebuilt with white shaker cabinets and new appliances, both bathrooms redone, vinyl plank throughout, new furnace and A/C, new electrical panel and fixtures, and a fresh coat of exterior paint.
