Next door to 1111, bought in June 2021 and kept as a rental. Same playbook: kitchen rebuilt with white shaker cabinets and new appliances, both bathrooms redone, vinyl plank throughout, new furnace and A/C, new electrical panel and fixtures, and a fresh coat of exterior paint.
