A full turnaround in Davenport, done for SBD Property Acquisitions in 2021. We took it down to the studs and rebuilt it — a new kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz counters and a subway-tile backsplash, a rebuilt bathroom, and vinyl plank flooring throughout. New furnace and A/C, a new electrical panel, and fresh paint inside and out. Outside got a new roof, siding, gutters and doors — and we built a brand-new one-car garage from scratch.
