2627 Fair Avenue was a six-month project and one of the biggest we’ve taken on — a full gut rehab that went all the way down to the studs. We stripped the plaster, reframed where it was needed, and rebuilt the house room by room from the inside out.
The scope covered the whole house: new roof, new HVAC, and updated plumbing and electrical throughout. Every room was primed and painted, and new flooring went in wall to wall. The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch with new cabinets, new counters, and new appliances, and the bathroom was fully redone. We finished it off with new light fixtures and fresh landscaping to bring the curb appeal back.

A few shots from the middle of the project — walls stripped to the studs, plaster gone, and the staircase and framing exposed while the house was being rebuilt.
