Bought in July 2021, held as a rental, sold in August 2025. Kitchen gutted and rebuilt with white shaker cabinets, granite and new appliances; both bathrooms redone; vinyl plank throughout; new furnace and A/C; new electrical panel and fixtures; exterior painted; and a one-car garage built from scratch. For all the new systems, the house kept its old character — the natural woodwork inside and the wrap-around front porch stayed.
