One I’m proud of, and now a short-term rental. It came with a list: new furnace, basement waterproofing, an improper beam in the crawl space, a rotting back porch, broken windows and an electrical update. All of that got fixed, then the fun part — new kitchen cabinets and counters, flooring, paint, a new vanity, appliances, and the tree and fence cleared out back.
