A full top-to-bottom renovation on East High Street in Davenport. The house came to us dated and tired — oak cabinets, worn carpet, checkerboard vinyl and layers of old paint. We took it back to a clean, bright, move-in-ready home: a new white shaker kitchen with granite and subway tile, a refinished open staircase, a rebuilt bathroom, new flooring and paint throughout, and a fresh exterior with a rebuilt front porch.

A Tree Came Down
While the house was under contract, a large tree came down and broke through the back of the roof — caving in a second-floor ceiling right down to the lath and joists. We repaired the structure and finished the renovation as planned.
