We bought this 1973 ranch on Windsor Drive in Davenport in early 2022 and took it down to the studs. Out came the oak cabinets, blue tile, floral wallpaper and shag carpet; in went an open main floor with a big island kitchen, luxury vinyl plank throughout, updated bathrooms, and a finished basement with a rec room and a cedar sauna.
