THE WORK kitchen, baths, flooring, basement waterproofed, refinished basement
A full remodel of a Bettendorf ranch, taken from dated to move-in ready. New kitchen with white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, a subway-tile backsplash and stainless appliances; both bathrooms rebuilt; and new vinyl plank flooring with fresh paint throughout. Downstairs, the basement was waterproofed and refinished — we kept the original mid-century wood-panel wall as a nod to the house. Outside, new siding, new shutters, and a new front door.

During the renovation
Down to the studs where it counted — the kitchen and bath gutted, the basement waterproofed, and the floors taken back before the new finishes went in.
The finished home
The finished house — the new white kitchen, living and dining, bedrooms, the rebuilt baths, and the refinished basement with its original wood-panel wall.
